Shipping and Delivery Policy:
 
We deliver products using a variety of freight organisations, dependant on weight, volume and destination. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, unless specified on the product description. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 10 business days depending on your location and the products being supplied.
 
Auskey Industrial Pty Ltd  ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on (03) 97708487 to enquire about a special order.
 
 
Refund policy:
 
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
 
Where, at our discretion for non faulty goods, we accept return, the cost to return goods will be at the customers expense, and any credit made will not include freight costs incurred and associated with the original delivery.
